How Do I Know What Size to Order?

How Do I Apply My Decals?

Every order includes an easy-to-follow application guide. Our decals are designed to make decorating simple — just peel, stick, and enjoy!

For the best results, apply your decals to a clean, dry wall surface and follow the instructions included with your order. Our decals can also be gently repositioned during application.

Can I Use StickitGraphix Decals on Textured Walls?

Yes! Our decals work well on smooth walls and many lightly textured surfaces.

Because our decals are made from a fabric-like material, some wall texture may remain visible through the decal once applied. Heavily textured surfaces may not provide enough contact for proper adhesion.

We also recommend caution with semi-gloss or other slick paint finishes, as they can sometimes affect adhesion. If you're unsure whether your wall is a good match, feel free to contact us before ordering — we're happy to help!

Are Your Decals Removable?

Yes! Our decals are removable and repositionable, making them a great option for decorating without the commitment of traditional wallpaper or paint.

When removed properly, they should peel away cleanly without damaging the wall. As with any removable wall product, results can vary depending on the condition, paint, and finish of the surface.

How Long Does My Order Take?

Because every StickitGraphix decal is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage, our most economical shipping option. USPS Ground Advantage may take up to 9 days to deliver after shipment.

Need your order by a specific date? We recommend choosing an expedited shipping option at checkout and ordering as early as possible.

Please keep in mind that carrier delivery dates are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Carrier delays are unfortunately outside of our control.

Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

Because our decals are made to order specifically for each purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or customer errors.

However, if there's a problem with your order due to an error on our end, damage during transit, or a shipping issue, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to make it right.

What If My Package Is Missing or Delayed?

If your package is delayed or doesn't arrive, contact us by email and we'll help you with the next steps.

We have the shipment information needed to submit a USPS Missing Mail Search request on your behalf. Please contact us before submitting one yourself so we can make sure the request is completed with the correct package details.

Missing mail searches can take time to process, so we appreciate your patience while the carrier investigates.

What Happens With Large Orders?

For orders containing 20 or more items, Signature Confirmation will be added to help ensure your order arrives safely.

This means someone will need to be available to sign for the package. If delivery is attempted and no one is available, you'll need to contact your local post office to arrange pickup or redelivery.

Once tracking shows that the package has been delivered, or a delivery attempt has been made, responsibility for receiving the package rests with the customer. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates so you don't miss the delivery.

Moving or Storing Your Decals?

If you're planning a move, redecorating, or simply want to save your decals for later, don't toss that backing paper or shipping tube!

Your original backing paper and tube are perfect for storing your decals between uses.

Simply place the decals back onto the original backing sheet, gently roll them, and return them to the tube for safe storage until you're ready to put them back up.
